Our Favorite Pieces From the PLT X Olivia Culpo Collection
There are two things we love: Olivia Culpo and the fashion brand Pretty Little Thing. We've pretty much been hooked on Culpo since 2012 when she won Miss USA then Miss Universe in the same year. I mean we still remember her evening dress from Miss Universe. (insert heart eye emoji!!!) Augusta also got to interview Olivia back when she was announced as a DSW Style Ambassador. Umm so cool, right? So when we heard she was collaborting with Pretty Little Thing and kept seeing the teaser photos on Instagram we were soo excited.
Quick Refresher: Miss Universe 2012
Told you that dress was good! Now back to the collab... It was released on Monday. It was hard for us to do this round-up of our favorite things from the collection, because we wanted to include everything! But we buckled down and scrolled through the site several times, and finally picked our top ten items.
The collection just seems very chic. And dare I say Parisian influenced- it is very romantic. The color scheme seemed very French influenced being red, white, and black. On the Pretty Little Thing website the collection is described as "infuse high class and finery with Mediterranean glamour." There were so many amazing ruffled pieces and floral/polka dot patterns. We also loved the all the details; whether it was cool fabric choices or a dress that had unexpected ruching.

Eekk this velvet is tooo good! This is great for the end of the summer. Or we could definitely see layering this in the fall!
2. Lace Ruffle Maxi Skirt
How fun is this skirt? It just seems like such a good fancy party dress!

This is one of our absolute favorites. The print is just perfect and we love that it has an asymmetric hem.
5. Red Vinyl Mini Skirt

Woah we love this red color. And it's an added bonus that it's vinyl, it is such a statement making skirt.
6. Mesh Bodysuit

Ahh another polka dot print. The ruching on the dress is unexpected and really makes all the polka dots pop even more. Can't wait to add this to our closet!
Ahh! How good are all of these pieces?! It just has several many gotta have it pieces.
