Winter is in full swing. Even though it’s not very cold where I live, I still sometimes like the fantasize about living in colder weather. It may be 70 degrees right now, but pretty soon it may be 50 degrees. I know, I know, that’s not very cold-- but to me it's pretty chilly!

Trench coats were first created by Thomas Burberry in the year 1918. Burberry created these jackets for the soliders to wear--well, in the trenches. This is the single handily most important jacket design. Since then, several designers have done their version of the trench coat, but nothing sticks in our minds quite like the orginal trench coat.
