9 Ways To Use Balm Dotcom In Your Beauty Routine

    June 9, 2016

If you’re not already on board the Glossier bandwagon, you really need to be. This cult beauty fav has really changed the low maintenance makeup game for the better. And one of the ways they’ve been able to do just that is by creating multipurpose products. Because who doesn’t like one easy to use highlighter, lip balm and cuticle cream in one? Find out nine ways that you can use Balm Dotcom. If these don’t convince you to make a purchase from this brand, I don’t know what will!

Ok, before we get into the uses, let’s talk about all of the wonderful flavors these come in, shall we? Umm, duh! There’s everything from plain to coconut, so there’s surely something to suit your style. Rose is lightly scented but not overpowering, Cherry will make you feel like you’re wearing candy on your lips and Mint will perk you up whenever you need it.

The uncolored balms (so all of them besides Cherry) are great to use all over your face. Use them as a highlight, to slick down your brows, the list goes on and on. We’ll get into that in a minute, though. But, don’t discount the cherry flavor too quickly either because with its light red color, it’s great for adding color to your lips and cheeks! Fun!

    1. Lip Balm

    Balm Dotcom, $12, Glossier

As I mentioned, all of the flavors make the perfect partners for your pout. I personally love mixing mine with a little sunscreen so that I get SPF protection and moisturizing power without having to purchase another lip product. Why buy when you can DIY, you know?

    2. Slick Down Your Brows

Balm Dotcom in Coconut, $12, Glossier

The clear balms will put your brow hairs in place if you’re in a rush/just don’t feel like doing your makeup but still want your brows on-fleek.

    3. Highlight

Balm Dotcom in Rose, $12, Glossier

Add a little balm to the top of your cheekbones and you won’t be able to stop glowing!

    4. Blush

Balm Dotcom in Cherry, $12, Glossier

As I mentioned, the Cherry red Balm Dotcom is going to be your go-to lip color and blush in one.

    5. Eyeshadow

Balm Dotcom in Mint, $12, Glossier

If you want an extra dewy wet kind of look, dab a little of this goodness along the tops of your eye lids, too.

    6. Cuticles

Give your hands a little tender love and care by conditioning your cuticles with this salve.

    7. Aroma Therapy

If you need to reset and take a minute to center yourself, the Rose scent will do just that. Take some time to take care of you!

    8. Overnight Lip Mask

Glossier also recommends keeping the rose balm on your nightstand for the best overnight lip mask and a little extra dose of beauty in your beauty sleep.

    9. Pick-Me-Up

If you just need a little pick-me-up, slick that mint scent on your lips. Now, doesn’t that feel better?

As if you couldn’t tell, the Labels and Lacquer girls are OBSESSED with this stuff. And honestly, you really should be, too.
