Diet, shmiet. It's okay to indulge and fix yourself or buy yourself a treat every now and then. It's all about moderation, of course. But when we were doing Super Bowl prep/snack research, we couldn't help but stumble upon yummy dessert recipes. For whatever reason, ice cream was on the brain. We found ourselves clicking on things like "Oreo Lasagna" and "Cookie Dough Ice-Cream Quesadilla."
Having ice-cream by itself is already a luxury, but taking the time to prepare a recipe with ice-cream as one of the ingredients sounds even better to us right now. Where we are may have freezing temperatures right now, but that's what our warm apartments are for; cold desserts.
