Between Darby’s fashion studies and my writing gigs keeping each of us very busy, we’ve been on another level with our stress rates recently. Given that January is a month where everyone’s trying to start fresh and stick to those resolutions, we figured we can’t be the only ones freaking out lately.
But, when you get that way, all you can really try and do is take some time just to breathe deeply and take a moment to relax. Trust us, we know it’s easier said than done. We’ll be here right along with you steady trying to make an effort to do that more.
