Spring is here and summer is right around the corner. We are trying to be extra healthy this spring to get our beach bods ready! That includes eating healthy and working out more.
We love to chia seeds to our smoothie bowls. But there are so many ways you can incorporate chia seeds into your diet. Several recipes will let the chia seeds overnight, so the seeds will expand. We tend to like chia puddings best if it is mixed with something, like yogurt.
