Breakfast for dinner is one of our favorite things…like ever. We saw a quiche recipe scrolling through Pinterest, and man, do we love a quiche. We happened to have almost have all of the ingredients so, we decided to whip up the recipe for dinner.
Okay, so we happened to already have a store bought pie crust pre-made so we skipped making our homemade crust, but either way the recipe is delicious. If you have more time, go ahead and make the crust ahead of time. We didn’t have mushrooms to put into the quiche, but we knew a spinach, egg, cheese, and bacon quiche would be enough to satisfy our quiche craving.
So after pre-heating the oven you just first put the spinach into the pie crust. We minced a garlic clove and threw that onto the spinach, along with some cheese. You combine the eggs, milk, and cheese mixture together. Then just pour the egg mixture on top of the spinach.
